I have four ripe plantains, what can I do with them?

I've heard that people fry them and others make plantain chips but how can I use them for dinner?
Please help me I don't want to waste them.

Ok cut them very thin and dehydrate them a little olive oil and salt with bring out the flavors and even plain is great good luck!
