ALL!! This is a definate recipe to try!! I made this last night and fell in love!! This is definately my new favorite. A lot of recipes when I eat them I think how much better they would be warm--but I take a lot of stuff to work and don't have access to a dehydrator--this is the answer!! This "salad" is great out of the dehydrator or cold!! It is also the most filling yet inexpensive dish to make--the most cost goes into the portabellos but you can use baby bellas or regular button. Next time I will add more garlic!!
Someone had posted a link to this site before but this is straight to this recipe. http://greenchefs.tv/vanessa-sherwood/Parsnip-Fettuccine/
I just wish I would have made some garlic "bread" with it--maybe next time!!

I've made it a bunch! I actually bought more ingredients last night to make it again sometime in the next day or so.

It's really good. I've even tried it a couple times with sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin seeds and I really like it that way, too.
I've tried it with basil instead of cilantro, but I think I do like the cilantro better. It has a bit more... "bite"....to it, I think.

Ok so where do I find the parsnip, like what section of the produce, what would it be beside? What would it look like? This looks so yummy and once I have finished my fast and taken the time to break it correctly and am up to this type of food....this will be my first thing! I bet even hubby who is SAD might like it! :p
