I am raw for 4 months now and in around half year we would like to start a brother or a sister for our son. My first pregnancy was good except for awful nausea all the time first 7 months and sometimes last two. Do you think 10 months of raw would be enough to avoid or at least to have easier time this time?
I am hoping that this was connected to my headaches, which would make me throw up if I would not take pain killers. It seems like they stopped after I started doing regular enemas and wheatgrass implants a month and half ago. I think these things might be connected, because the only other time when I did not have headaches in my life was when I was pregnant and throwing up a lot.And the funny thing the only thing I could tolerate when pregnant was fruit.
What do you think?

I notice a HUGE difference in a very short time when eating raw with headaches/ general aches, etc. So any amount of time with eating raw seems like it would make things easier. I was off for quite a few months, am now 16 weeks pregnant, and just started back raw 2 weeks ago and I notice a good difference in how I feel.

But I have read that it takes 2 years of 100% raw to completely clean ones system out......And maybe longer??

In anycase, you have a great start with 4 months of raw!! Good for you!

Jamie:)

Well, I checked my base PH(saliva in the morning before any food or drink) and it is very acidic-5.5. That doesn't change untill body is clean and remineralized. So I am not there yet...
Although in the evening my urine is 7.5 which shows I ate good last several days. Oh, well...
