ok, I need to make a cake for Saturday (well, i really want to ;) )
my dd will be a year old :( :) :D

picture this..a cheesecake recipe
I don't have a springform pan so I was thiknking I could put it in my bundt pan
WITH a choc mousse layer

strawberries first, then cheesecake batter, crust layer, choc batter, crust layer---will my crust fall apart?, would i need to freeze each layer separately first?
has anyone tried to do fancy stuff like htis before? if so....why haven't you helped me yet

:p
just kidding :D

I'm picturing it...it sounds super yummy...but I've never done anything like this before...sorry not much help!

But perhaps once you've frozen it, when you're ready to get it out of the mold you can put it in a pan or large bowl of hot water to help you get it out.

hmm, i was thinking I would line the pan with plastic wrap or parchment _but I'm running low and it ain't cheap!! and then *hope* to be able to pull it all outta there..
sheesh! I just realized, I would hafta get started on this like...NOW..thanks for the encouragement--as long as no one says "nah, won't work" I'm TRYING IT!
