Hi,
If you've noticed I've been off the boards here for a while. My computer was stolen so I haven't had any internet access....until now. My renters insurance (a golden asset to say the least) will be reimbursing me for the full value of my beautiful brand new Sony Vaio and all my software (there's something to be said for hording reciepts)
In the course of dealing with all this mess, I have not exactly kept up with any sort of raw foods diet or any sort of healthy diet. I am a strict vegan, however, so that much didn't change. But I've been hitting the restraunts around Cayman, thanks to my wonderful friends that have been looking out for me. And along with the restraunt food, I've also been hitting the mixed drinks pretty hard as well  !!
Anyway, thanks to our one and only computer store on the island, I am now equipped with another beautiful Vaio. And, no thanks to my landlord (slumlord IMO) who lives in Jamacia and could care less as long as she gets her rent money every month; I finally have deadbolts on both the doors in my place.
Anywho...within the next week, I will be needing to get my diet back on track and I need to start journaling everything like I was planning. I don't have much raw food in the house right now, but will be doing some grocery shopping this weekend.
So can anyone give me some advice as to how to get back on track with my raw foods diet. Is there any sort of good "cleansing" foods I can start concentrating on. Fortunately, my juicer and my food processor wasn't touched so I still have my kitchen appliances to start juicing, sprouting, etc.
I need to really work on cleansing the alcohol from my system first and foremost. What would be some good cleansing foods/juices/etc. that would help me get back on track and feeling better?
