Both children and adults will be charmed by these duck egg-sized chocolate shells filled with tart, lemony mousse. Let the kids assist in blowing up the balloons and coating them in chocolate.

I collected a recipes for 'white chocolate' from rawpleasure.com and then got a recipe for lemon cream/curd here on this site. Got to practice the balloons dipping, though. Since we celebrate every holiday on the calendar each month, plus family birthdays, so we'll be making those for Easter for sure.

for the chocolate shell, I would use Sweetgoddess's Easter chocloate recipe, any kind of chocolate or fudge recipe, with coconut butter, so it will set, in the freezer, for the white, I'd use coconut meat and some dates, vanilla, etc, and the yellow, I'd use lemon zest to add color or some safron for color, and the same as the white, coconut meat and vanilla dates, etc.

Rawpriestess: Thank You. I'll play with this for something else and save the real thing for the Egg Shells as a surprise/project for all of us to do when we'r all together.
With everything prepared ahead of time it should take a few minutes to put together. WHAT FUN!
