Hot water, raw honey and lemon?

Would that be considered raw or cooked?

I am just asking because I am trying to find an alternative to my hubbys coffee/tea addiction. I thought If I could offer him something hot and satisfying it might help break the pattern.

No, it's not raw, but in the grand scheme of things I really believe it's relatively harmless. Others might disagree.

I drink the occasional tea and don't feel any ill effects from it whatsoever. We're talking a spoonful of boiled leaves, y'know? I would think it'd be the same with a tablespoon or so of lemon juice.

Eventually, he could go down to just warm water with lemon. Once you get used to it, that can be very satisfiying. And raw too.
