Hi. I am 31. 178 lbs. 5'4". I have a very small frame and would love to get down to 120 lbs. I have read quite a bit about this raw way of eating. I want to try my best to do this. I' :) M IN!

Hello Lois, I am quite new here too, I noticed though in the Section of Journaling near the bottom there is a 30 day challenge about to begin on April 1, if you feel you are ready for this, you should join as well :)
