Had to share this yummy salad I made last night!

Dehydrated sweet potato chips (first marinated in nama shoyu and olive oil)
apples
celery
cashews
spinach
dried pineapple
a little fresh grated ginger
alissa's honey mustard dressing

That sounds really good. I have two sweet potatoes that I'm going to dehydrate today. I have nama shoyu but I'm going to use Alissa's Cheesy Chips recipe.
A quick question though... did you slice your sweet potatoes? or did you use a spiralizer? (I bought one from Alissa's store.. you can slice or shred veggies with it)

I just sliced mine by hand (very carefully), they are not paper thin though. It would probably be easier with a spiralizer!
