I like to think of this as a "sushi fusion" dish....I used falafels for some of the filling and Alissa's Butternut Squash Patties (a personal favorite) for the others!
There is also cucumber and sprouts in there too. Simple and delicious!

That's beautiful. I've heard a lot of rave reviews about the falafels, I'm going to have to make them. I never liked cooked falafels, but maybe I would like raw ones :D

I love alissa's falafel recipe; have not tried the butternut squash one yet,
but think I will now.

I haven't tried Alissa's falafel recipe...but that is her Butternut Squash recipe. This falafel recipe does use sprouted garbanzos. I think one of Alissa's has almonds...I wanted something a little lighter.
