Flavoring's/Raisins

Can you tell me where to purhcase peppermint,vanilla and various other extracts and spices that are raw.

also are all raisins raw?

Spices and herbs are dried, so they are considered raw. You can purchase them at health food stores (Whole Foods, Wild Oats, or smaller chains). Also, my husband and I were in Target the other day and noticed they had a huge isle of spices and herbs. Though I would recommend getting organic (not sure if they had organic.. didn't look, just noticed the isle as we walked by).

Raisins are considered raw. I think some may be treated with sugar or sulfar. You want to just buy dried raisins with no additives.

MOST spices and herbs are dehydrated at 145 until they are crisp, these are not raw.

You can buy all raw seasonings from Frontier brand, and be assured they are raw as they dehydrate them at 95 degrees.
