We often get wrapped up in the big goals and forget how to get there.

What is one small stepping stone, towards whatever your big goal is, that you can take this week?

I'm going to add more greens this week.

yeay Kristi!

I have a list on my wall right here - it says:

"teeny tiny wonderful micromovements"
(it's printed out in nice colours too and a nice font so it looks pleasant, not scary!)

I guess thats even smaller than small, micro!
My ones pertaining to raw I guess are:

*write shopping list
*go to the shop
*have hot salt baths in the evenings (to stop me munching after dinner)
*go to the organic market on Wednesday (to help me get greens and things I can't get at the close 'lazy' shop)

hmm that was a scarey question cos i thought where am i trying to get and i dont know really !! :( - to stay high raw..to keep having my green juices..oh i know - to enjoy my food
