Just want to say how AWESOME it is to find a board like this. I've been going through a heavy program of cleansing the past 2 1/2 years using just about every tool at my disposal. I've never been raw before, but I have known it's the way for quite some time and now that I have a resource like this, I know I can get it done. As you might imagine, Wyoming is not a hot spot for things like being a raw foodist, or for that matter even a vegatarian, so I've learned to keep it undercover, which makes it hard. Folks tend to get really offended when you tell them you don't eat steak  Anyway, great to be here and I can't wait to read all the old posts and get to know some of you all better.

Peace

Welcome!!! -- Glad you are here. There are probably other folks from Wyoming on this Board that will chime in.

You'll love it here!

Thanks for the howdy. I swear that if there's anyone else from Wyoming here I will be SHOCKED!! I've read a lot of old posts in the past couple of days and I gotta say, thank God for this board.

By the way, my dad is now living in Wyoming...when I told him I went vegan he lost it. I have not even attempted to tell him I am trying to figure out how to go raw successfully! It is funny how some people are about these things!

I went all day and did well until the blackbean veggie burger at Chili's kept calling my name...and I gave in. This would have been Day #1 for me, but I am trying to be realistic about the transition so as not to lose my motivation...Anyone have any tips for me?
