Coconut Oil Recipes??

A friend recently gave me a jar of raw coconut oil and I'm wondering what your favorite way to use it is? I have taken a finger full (or two :)) but would like to make something with it. Any ideas?

I use it daily in my smoothies. Some people use it on their skin. My skin doesn't like it as much as it does it's shea butter. :)
