I ordered the book, video and spiral slicer.

I keep hearing how wonderful they are and decided to take the plunge. Had to do it all at once or otherwise I would chicken out and not get them.(I have a terrible habbit of talking my self out of things.)

I can not wait for them to get here, I am really excited.

The last straw I made something pasta dish for Juliano's cook book and hubby won't eat it. He does not turn down much in the way of food.

So I am hopefully have better results with alissa's book

You're gonna be so so happy......welcome to the Alissa book club! The book is sooooooooooo user friendly. My sis and I had the funnest time this afternoon going thur and deciding what things we want to make. She was never into raw before but I would purposely leave the book open to one of the pics and she has been drooling.............take advantage of the helpful tips in there!!!
