Bragg's?

So is this OK or is it not. I am new and just bought all the stuff for week one in Alissa's book and I bought Bragg's for the collard roll's. If she used this all these years is it not OK?

Also how do I know if the sundried tomatoes that I bought are raw? I bought them at Whole Foods but they were in a package. That is all they had.
