Hey, I am sure someone must have asked this question before, but I did a search for old threads and couldn't find anything, so I am going to go ahead and ask. :)
I bought Alissa's Green Food Supplement and received it yesterday. I have been taking her enzymes since starting raw and understand their significance, how they work, etc. But, I am wondering what the Green Food Supplement is supposed to be good for? Is it supposed to be as good as so many pounds of green leafy veggies, or supposed to supplement so many pounds of veggies that are not normally found in the average american supermarket (like seaweed, wheatgrass, etc.) If I take this supplement every day, does this mean that, in theory, I wouldn't need to eat veggies anymore? (Don't worry, I woudn't actually do that--I just want to know!)
Also, is just 1 tablespoon a day the normal amount to take?
I expected this to taste pretty yucky, and was pleasantly surprised--it basically didn't taste like anything, just a slight "green" aftertase, which was easy enough to get rid of with eating a carrot...
