What is that expression that you tell yourself "I can do it"? Mine is I AM healthy, lean and strong!

When I'm stressed it is "All is well in my world"

Other times "I love and accept myself where I am right now"

"At some point, a decision has to be made and not making one is a decision."

"Today was Yesterday and Today will be Tomorrow so think about getting it done right now."

"What are you trying to accomplish?"

and my most favorite,

"WHY?" this poweful short inner mantra question answers all of my inner twines. ;)

Perfect, perfect, perfect. This is exactly what needed to happen for the universe to keep unfolding as it should. :D

Let go and Let God

That is working for me like crazy lately.

Instead of hunting, forcing, wasting time..I'm putting it in hands of the universe and dreams are coming true.
(Took til my late 30's to get this. Better late than never.)

Let go and let God.
Easy does it.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.

Let go and let God. I take a deep breath and feel my body relax.
Another one is "I feel wonderful today, there is gold dust in the air". Last one is "Thank you God for your favor."

When life gets tough and I start feeling whiny and martyrlike I say to myself,
"Suck it up, Princess!"
That gets me laughing at myself and not taking myself so darn seriously...

No need to struggle with anything.
Relax, everything is perfect just as it is.

When I'm at work and I have an angry or rude customer (I'm a teller at a bank), I say to myself, "I am not responsible for how others react to me-- I am only responsible for how I react to others."

"I am a lean, strong, healthy daughter of the King." (My new visulization mantra)

"I can do all things through Christ who strenthens me."

"Peace! Do not be afraid. You will not die." (Judges 6:23) This was my mantra during the WORST part of my life when the dc's autism was out of control and I thought the stress might seriously kill me. When I realized that my life was hard, but it wasn't the total end, only then was I able to pick myself up, dust myself off and start looking (again) for help and answers.

which led to....

"God doesn't call the qualified. He qualifies the called."

heard this somewhat recently:
"You shot it, Tarzan. You eat it!" (Dave Ramsey's dad used this on him growing up) This helps me realize that a lot in my life is my own doing and I have no one to blame AND no one to fix it, but myself.

I do like Lara's "Suck it up, Princess!"

Kind of like, "put your big girl panties on and deal with it: )"

Nice to have you back!

I am still working on my inner mantra(s).....

One is, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.... I have, and, I have : )
