Several months back I discovered I am allergic to kiwi. It makes my mouth and throat feel really broken out and raw.
Today, being a little forgetful, I took a very small bite (maybe 1/2 teaspoon) of my son's kiwi to see if it was ripe and okay to eat. Within minutes my mouth and throat did their thing!
Within 15 minutes or so, I thought about taking some lime juice, since it is alkaline at 7.5, and made some lime juice, sweetened with stevia. It did the trick -- soreness gone within minutes. :) :) :)
;) Just thought inquiring minds should know -- hopefully you'll never need to check it out for yourself.
