1 cup soaked almonds
1 cup soaked dates
1 cup of soaked then dehydrated then pulverized buckwheat
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
2-4 tbl raw honey or maple
1 1/2 tbl coconut oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon zest
2 tbl vanilla extract
1/3 cup poppyseeds
pinch celtic salt
okay guys now think that first 2 ingrdnts have to be pasted together
then add everything else.
it should be frosted (ok that is a basic cashew with lemon zest*juice)
it can be dehydrated 4-8hrs, i eat it as is....
