It is great with crackers or on pizza. You could add some liquid and make salad dressing or zughetti sauce.
mmmm pesto :P

Oh, man do I?
stuff small squash or small tomatoes with it, dehydrate or not, and yum
top your spaghetti with it,
stuff it in turnip and make pesto raviolis ( like Alissa's raviolie recipe)
spread on onion bread with some cashew cheese and top with sun dried tomatoes for a mini pizza
I also put on pizza wrap and top with cashew chees and sun dried tomato and some pineapple and olives, and fesh sliced mushrooms and onion, the dehydrate for a larger pizza,
I also use as a filler in lasagna,
layer,
spinach leaves chopped,
pesto,
mushrooms sliced
marinara sauce
cashew cream cheese or almond ricotta cheese
some more mushrooms and mmmmmmmmm
you can wrap it in the enchilada wraps with some fresh chopped spinach and mushrooms, a couple slices of white onion, and some sliced red pepper, mmmmmmmmmmm
also, top a salad (as stated above) with a touch of pine nuts and a dab of fresh tangerine juice or slices, this is TRULY delicious.
or top flax crackers and eat alone.
or roll up in a collard or lettuce leaf, add some sun dried tomatoes sliced mushrooms and a touch of fresh garlic (not too much) mmmmmmm
top a chili casserol with it.
make the chili, then place on the bottom of a shallow pan no thicker than 1/2 " top with pesto, and add fresh red pepper, fresh white onion, either dehydrate or not, mmmmmmmm can be eaten plane or as a dip
add some pesto to the cashew cream cheese and add a touch of cayenne, it's a great dip.

Hey Mookie,
YEP, you can add anything you like
I first saw a huge intense lasagna recipe where you marinate things for days, and make all this stuff, now I do it this easy way.
I take pesto stuffed mushrooms, and chop them up, add some marinara sauce, add some fresh mushrooms, and some chopped spinach, add some nut cheese and place in dehydrator
you can make it with or without anything you like
I just add it all together because I like it.

I mixed in a bunch of ground flax seeds with a little water and dehydrated it into bread. Its amazing! I think it would go quite well with the Raw Deviled Egg-less "Egg" Spread (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=22032&highlight=deviled) recipe floating around!
I just LOVE pesto over zucchini pasta or lasagna. If you have way too much you could always freeze it. Sometimes I have so much I get sick of it, then when a craving hits, I just take it from the freezer.
