My original post "Non-senna base tea for MC", only one response. What other mild laxative teas can you recommend to use while doing Salt Water flushes? "Smooth Move" creates too much cramping :eek: AND I've seen many posts by more experienced rawies that have stated that we should stay away from senna based teas.
