Fluffy Berry Ice Cream



2 C. frozen Blueberries

2 C. Frozen Raspberries

2 C. Frozen Blackberries

1/2-1 C. Pitted Dates

Dash of stevia


Put All ingredients in a food processor. Process well. The mixture will get light and fluffy the longer you keep the processor running. Blend untill desired texture is achieved.

Stevia an herb that is very very sweet. The actual Steveia leaf is green. I have eaten the leaves before and they taste sorta like licorice.

The Stevia plant is then processed into a fine, white powder.

It takes the place of all sweetners that are artificial, and Stevia is pure. No chemicals at all.

Just a pinch or two is all you need for sweeting most any dish.
