Cinnamon roll milk shake:
1 cup cashews (soaked)
2 T honey or agave nectar
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamon
dash nutmeg
blend in blender and enjoy
Cashew smoothie
1 cup cashews (soaked)
1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp ginger (optional)
Chocolate silk shake
1 cup cashews
3 medjool dates (unsoaked and pitted)
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T carob powder or cacao nibs
dash cayenne
