Lately my favorite has been"

1 LARGE tomato
3 Tbsp sesame tahini
1 Tbsp lemon juice
fresh dill, parsley, or cilantro
Maybe some ginger or garlic
1 tsp celtic/himalayan salt

I looove this; however, I just wanted to know if anyone out there had any other good nut or seed dressings. I don't like to use oil b/c I feel like nuts and seeds have more nutritional value (getting more for your money ;) ) So if anyone has anything OUT-OF-THIS WORLD creative plllllleeeasseeee post it here!

Hope everyone is having a great day! (or night I should say)

Also, does anyone else here have a mac computer that could help me re-size photos so I can post some on the board??

Your dressing sounds yummy!!! My favorite dip/dressing is nuts ground with a red pepper, little onion and some tamari(nama shoyo sp?).
For your pix, can you resize in any word processing program or powerpoint? If you don't have a picture editing program you should be able to resize in something like paint or maybe in your word processing program.

Or, upload to a picture file sharing website and link from there! :)

Vandy -- thanks for the dressing, it's seriously YUMMY! Actually I think it could also make a good hummus substitute for those of us (me!) who don't like ground-up sprouted garbanzos...

I like the sound of your dressing, too, rosannasun. I'm going to try it tonight.

My favourite dressing made without added oil is Avocado Mayo:

Blend one avocado with a clove (or two) of garlic, juice of half a lemon, a large chopped tomato, a pinch or two of celtic sea salt (or to taste), a dash of cider vinegar (about a tablespoon) and a pinch or two of cayenne if you want a bit of a zip. I prefer this to many of the raw mayos that I've tried because it's rich and creamy but not sickly.

love
