Does anyone else feel they become more intune with themselves (not just body, but mind as well)? When I go raw my mind is more focused and I can figure things out easier. I don't know if what I'm about to say next connects, but it's worth a shot. I've been trying to do organic and for the past 3 days I've been 100% organic (raw of course). Suddenly I'm getting these in depth thoughts, questions, and wanting to do complex scientific experiments. Its never happened before and not sure if it's just my mind growing (since i'm only 18) or that the organic is having an impact.

Any thoughts? Thanks

About a month or two after being 100% raw, one day driving in my car) about a 20 minute ride) I thought up this really great, elaborate science fiction story. LOL, it's a really cool story, and if I ever find the time to write it down, I might try to sell it to hollywood ;)

But previously my mind could never focus long enough to come up with even half a story line... so sure, there might be something to this! I'm sure it doesn't hurt!!!

I definately think, actually, know it's connected. When you eat cooked you eat a lot more foods that slow you down. Grains are very sedating as well as almost any thing cooked since the heat creates sedative compounds (and addictive). Not only the compounds created by cooking but the energy it takes for your body to digest the cooked food. Raw works with your body, freeing up all that creative energy.

Now, if I could just get a story line going in my head. I've always wanted to write a book!

Yes, very much so. Since turning raw, I no longer have to drink coffees in order for my brain to work properly (I used to have to do it twice a day in my intelectual work). Of course, not falling asleep helps. I can concentrate much better now too.

Definately more clarity. Also, have you noticed the COLORS of things are so much more vibrant??

It was as if I was an out of tune television (when you have the little color bars mixed up & then you fix them??) Just a silly little example, but an observation nonetheless. It made me wonder how other ppl are seeing the world, everything around them.

Haha, I like your example. Yea, actually, I'm seeing colors as kind of dull, likethey're not as bright as they SHOULD be, but not because of me, because i know how bright they should be haha, I'm making no sense now.

After I wrote this I had a continuing thought. My thought was that...what if the cooked foods/toxins in affect are a shield around the brain blocking the thought process, focus, and creativity. By going raw it must slowly dissappear allowing those creative juices to flow. I suppose this goes along with what you said!
