For those of you who have contacted Bob's Red Mill, is it raw? My understanding is that it is. But I had also beleived their rolled oats are raw and recently discovered on this board that in fact, they are not.
Also, should I soak oatbran? For how long? And why-to make it more digestible, increase protein and decrease carb count?

Thanks Leslie..sounds raw to me. Also, why soak and for how long? I'm confused about why soaking is so popular around here! :D
