Hello everyone,
I have most of the appliances that I need. I just need a little motivation. Seeing that I am the only person in my family that wants to go raw, I need a little help. I want to know more about breakfast foods!!!! And more about dried fruit that does not have any sugars. :p

I will have to try what roman is doing. I often make a simple variation of that with a cut up banana, apple and walnut pieces. I drizzle a bit of agave nectar over it and finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I used to think it was odd to add sweetener to sweet fruit but it works more as a way to combine the flavors.
My other favorite breakfast is the often-mentioned green smoothie. Two oranges, an apple, lots of greens and a banana or berries. It's easy to whip up and take it with me if I'm on the run.

My favorite breakfasts..
Any type of fruit smoothie, with or without greens. Do a search on smoothie or green smoothies and you'll find alot of good combo's out there
Another one that has been posted here, cut up apples, bananas, with some type of nut/seed and mixed with raw honey and sprinkled with cinnamon. HMm.. delish! I wish I could remember who posted that one, it is soo good.
Sprouted quiona mixed with berries and honey
Grapefruit sections sprinkled with.. are you ready.. salt. Not alot of salt, but for me it tastes way better than the grapefruit I used to eat covered in sugar. The touch of salt really brings out the sweet in the grapefruit! Yum!
If you have Alissa's book the Spicey Monkey Bread recipie is great for breakfast too, you do need a dehydrator for that one though.
Hope that helps!
