Is anyone here hypoglycimic?
If so did you experience worse symptoms when you first went raw?
What time of symptoms did you get when eating raw?
Because my symptoms seems to be 10 times worse everytime i try to go raw,I want to be raw so bad ,And everything i eat wheater it be nuts, fruit,veggie juice,ect. my symptoms are just so horrible.

I was standing at my sink about 10 min looking out the window sipping my Un Coffee (I am one week clean from it) think how since i went Raw in Sept 05 that I am Hypoglycemic Free. I was jsu standing there in wonder think wow 12 years of reactive hyoglycemia Gone. I felt so Grateful for that. And I come here and see i have an opportuniy to share that. What a great feeling !to see this post !
So that answers part of your question. I have question for you. There are those who have reactive hypoglycemia (most commom) where your spikes and crashes are caused by food, or non food. Then a small % are medical and once it starts to crash generally they need medical attention to control the plummet as their bodies my not recover on its own. Reactice Hypoglycemia you feel the highs and Lows but the body will regulate in most cases. In 12 years I only had two episodes where I went to so low and passed out and needed glucose to be brought back to the world.
So if it is medical then I am not sure..if reactive...then
The KEY for ME was keeping the FIBER very high...every time I eat I make sure I have a fiber source. With fruit eat a fiber celery or even a Fiber Tablet
of some sort...and WATER is a huge issue. Fiber and Water ! Then eat small meals..GRAZE... And then time to heal. It took me two weeks to get thru it. I was crashing 2-3 times a day. Only once did I get to the point I though I would have to call my husband for help (almost had a panic attack in the shower I got so shaky.) I think I took some glucose a few time (1/2 a tablet is all thats like 4 grams of sugar).
Now there are things even Raw I have to be careful not to eat with out a fiber source, like dried fruits. So only dried fruit I have is in a bar/torte BUT I add high fiber source to my deserts. Like hemp powder.

FIBER
SMALL MEALS
NO DRIED FRUITS WITHOUT THE ABOVE
I used to think fruits caused my hypo but in reality I found it was processed wheat, and too much protein not enough carbs in my diet.
Nuts are good for hypo as they digest slow.
