Do it yourself for the first 30 days. Get Alissa"s book this will help you tremedously as far as easy recipes and big glossy pictures of all the foods. In the mean time do some research on all the people in the bible who ate different types of vegatables and nuts and such - check out daniel and his men. welcome to the raw talk :D

You have a large family too!! We are 15 weeks along with our 7th. How old is your oldest? Ours is 12 1/2...

Buy it and put it to use -- very helpful for anyone transitioning. In fact, if you only buy one RAW food book, this book would get you through the most important month or two of transition.

I agree with what Path301 said, lead by example, he'll see your transformation and will soon follow (actions speak louder than words). :) Your kids might even follow along too! I'm doing the same thing with my family right now, only I'm one of the children trying to "convert" my parents and the rest of my siblings (hehe)! :p
