I made Alissa's fudge and it came out a little too mushy, so I am eating it now on a banana.

Aint nobody can tell me that being raw is not the most pure, divine decadence~ HA!

I love the fudge (I assume you are talking about Alissa's fudgeballs) I can even imagine eating them with banana! Good for you to just "add" to the recipe and make it work for you!

theresaann, we're on the same wavelength! -- I've just made the fudge balls too! My first time cos at last I managed to get some real raw carob, and they're ultra-yummy! What I like so much about them is that although they're so good they're also filling, and I can eat one (OK, well 4 or 5...) and then don't HAVE to eat the lot, as I probably would have done with a box of chocolates...
