I made the Almond Butter and Raisin cookies. They seem to be dry all the way through. Can I just keep them out. I'm pretty sure I will eat them in the next day or two.

I would keep them in the fridge--I am paranoid about things molding, though.
i mean, you keep almond butter cold, so why not?

OT, what kind of MT is that in your avatar?

Sure, what you made should be fine out.

I tend to make big batches, to cut down the overall work, and freeze most of them, especially since I tend more towards semi-moist cookies that are softer texture than fully dried ones.

Thanks!

It's actually an Ergo. I'm not that good with tying things ;) My son calls it the pack pack. He still really likes it and he will be 3 in April. It's my favorite carrying contraption. The new ones are even cooler! I used a really nice REI backpack with my first two and I wanted to burn it after I used the ERGO. I didn't know how nice a back carry could be!

where do you get the ERGO from?

They don't last long enough to get TO the fridge. Actually, they often don't get to the dehydrator.

Sincerely, if they are dehydrated, should be good for a week or maybe even longer. I'd keep a piece of paper towel in with them so they don't get damp.
