View Full Version : I Failed!! Help!!

I was doing so good last summer and then started getting hungry so went
to some cooked foods, and hubby was also hungry (he doesn't cook) so
I had to cook for him... Went from all RAW to now ALL cooked!! I feel
miserable, my back went out this weekend, I have a UTI that will not go
away, I've gained 10 pounds...I am stressed because I work all the time
and do not have time to shop or plan my meals (basically I eat on the run)

I just had dental work done so I can't eat anything crunchy..

Is this enough excuses?

I need to get back on track but everytime I say today is the day, I end up
grabbing whatever is available to eat ( Krispy Kreme doughnut) and say ok,
tomorrow I will start.

Right now I don't have the energy to go the grocery store, and even if
I did, I usually prowl thru the produce and not buy anything knowing there
are pesticides on them so what's the point... (we do not have any organic
produce where I live).///

I need inspiration, a buddy, food!!! I need help but I just don't know how
to start again!!

Perhaps it would help, if you started eating just a few raw things every day, so you got used to the routine. You could take steps towards all raw, instead of being stressed, tired and having to make a big change overnight?

Maybe start with an apple a day, and a few bananas? Maybe an avocado now and again?

Here, I will inspire you,

I just lost another pound today after plateauing for 2 months at 188 lb's. I fiiinnnnnally am down to 186.

Inspiration::

1. Happier and sparklier eyes
2. lost 12 pounds and losing more each week
3. Much more energy
4. NO constipation (had it my whole life)
5. Cured of depression
6. PREVENTING!!! Many illnesses and diseases that will lead to a longer happier life.
7. Do it! Do it! Do it!!
