Do I rinse the soaked flax seeds?

I'm going to make some crackers and I was wondering if I'm suppose to rinse the soaked flax seeds or do I just use all the guppy stuff?

NOPE, do not rinse, use the goopy stuff, that is the musilage that will hold your crackers to gether.
