I have completed my first month almost totally raw!
The first few days were a little difficult transitioning from high raw to even higher!
I had a couple of cravings to deal with but by day 5 i was ok.
Infact i found not eating any cooked much easier than combining cooked with raw.
The cooked cravings just subsided overnight.
This life style change has really worked for me.
I lightened my work schedule and gave myself permission to take time to heal.
It has been worth it!
I feel so healthy, happy and alive.
The only non raw things in my diet have been the occasional cup of organic peppermint tea, tsp of non raw humous (day 2) and a couple of squares of vegan chocolate all month! I am so pleased!

Ive making Alissa's Pesto stuffed mushrooms for all of my family
and maybe some banana and mango ice cream
