So, i gave up raw nuts b/c the make me feel so full and... well..... not good. I changed to being 95% raw too instead so I don't go off on crazy binges and it has been working really well. However...since I stopped eating nuts, I've noticed less bm. Is it b/c of lack of fat in my diet. I eat mostly vegies and fruits now and the 5% Im eating sad is sushi(veggie). Is the rice really clogging me up that bad or am I just overreacting. I'm hoping to find raw nori soon so I can stop eating sad sushi and eat raw sushi.

Raw sushi is easy. They have raw nori at quite a few stores and on line. You just need to read where it says on the package "untoasted". For the filling, you can use just about anything. Pates, mixed veggies, sprouts, spreads and even a little sauerkraut!
Blessings.

Maceybare,
I had the same idea as you with the sushi. When I cheat, I cheat very healthily. YES!!!! The rice stops me up too. Anything with starch in it takes a few days to get out! It almost does not seem worth it. So now when I want to cheat, I buy a little bottle of sushi ginger as that is part of the sushi that I miss as much as the sushi itself. I just eat a forkful and I am happy.

I am thinking it could be the fat. I have noticed when I eat something with fats I have to go. I read somewhere, can't remember where, but the intestines need fat. Maybe put some avocado in your sushi.

I really think it's the fat also. I just tried a lower-fat version of Raw- really slowed my "system" down. I'm back to eating what I feel my body needs. I would do like solarliving says & get some avocados.

I eat very low fat (less than 10%) and my bm's are better so I don't think that is the problem. Are you eating enough food?
I know that if I don't eat enough my system gets all sluggish.

Yes, definently eating enough food. I replaced all those nuts with about 2 huge salads a day. More food but less calorie and fat intake. And then also, the sushi, which I'm going to try and not eat today and see if I notice any difference. I tried making raw sushi, and almost gaged. too cure a sweet tooth I also eat fruits with some raw honey on them. I know I'm getting enough food in.
