Hi Everyone,
I had a question I hope someone can answer. Is organic, raw milk cheddar cheese allowed when eating 100% raw? (made by Organic Valley) The only ingredients listed on the package are: Organic cultured unpasteurized milk, salt, enzymes. Would this be acceptable?

besides, cow's dairy is probably best for baby cows. Our "engines" just aren't designed for it!

Hi Meshauna,
Welcome to the board. I see you are brand new here and that this is your first post here. Hopefully this will be a fun and inviting place for you to ask your questions and find the answers you want.
Being brand new you didn't yet know this board is for a raw vegan approach to eating which does not include milk in any form.
Not all raw foodists are vegans, not all vegans are raw foodists, but this site is both. Raw vegan. For a fuller exploration of this see the Mission Statement and Need to Know More section, and of course, Alissa's book "Living on Live Food."
