Hi all! :p

I can't find any journals, can someone point me in the right direction?

Great site Alissa!!!! I'm so pleased with all the purchases I made this winter from you - book/DVD/tribest blender/spiralizer.

I never met a vegetable I didn't like. :)

Cheers,
Alice

Alice, if go to the home page and scroll to the bottom, you'll see 30 Day Raw Challenge Gallery. CLick on that and it will take you to the journals - they are under the photos. If you click on a photo, you'll see a bunch of info under the picture. The last one says "comments" and you click on that to read the journals and comments.

If you're looking for someone in paticular, click on the alphabet at the top and it will bring up a bunch of journals that start with that letter you clicked on.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help Nutrimom!

Here I am breaking the rules already - posting questions on the meet and greet board.
<Bad Alice - she's going to get a "good" spanking later. >

I've always been interested in nutrition. I've been reading about/eating lots of raw food for just over a year now. I haven't gone longer than two weeks consecutively raw.

January 1st I started 100% raw and I plan to stay raw for three months and reaccess my health/goals at that point. I purchased a one month Ejuva cleanse kit which I plan on starting later this month or in February. I'm waiting for my Excalibur Dehy to arrive. I think that will help sticking with the raw diet - more variety, the recipe possibilities are endless! My husband is doing this with me and this is awesome, it's much more fun to uncook for two than one! So it's day 7 and I feel better already. I have more energy after work and feel motivated to do stuff in the evenings instead of totally relaxing (as has been the norm).

I am totally impressed with Alissa's book (and DVD) - I would highly recommend it - it's informative, inspirational, and has tons of yummy recipes which is key to maintaining this plan.

What and awesome website with an awesome group of contributors!!!!

Cheers,
Alice
