I will be doing all 3 of Alissa's classes that week.
I can hardly wait!

I want to teach the people in my area (New Jersey, Philadelphia & Baltimore)
and anywhere in between all about the Raw way of eating.

I can hardly wait.... I am counting down the days!

Did you all who responded to this post take the classes yet. I am from Jersey and want to take some classes for raw food prep soon. Any suggestions for something affordable and worthwhile?? I also want to know if the raw chef certifications truly prepare you to teach others, as I would love to do that.
