Orange juice fast

Has anyone read the e-book by Storm and Jinjee (www.thegardendiet.com)
It is very appealing to me, and I was thinking of giving it a try. I really want to do a cleanse and read this book and it really interested me.
Has anyone done this cleanse?

I did it for 10 days one time (I only stopped because I was getting really bad acid reflux). I don't actually think it's from too much citrus (which is what all of my SAD friends tell me...). I have been able to do the master cleanser just fine and that is lemons! I think I am just very senstive to oranges (they used to make me very sick as a kid). I think that if you aren't sensitive to oranges then it would be great!

P.S. It got waaay to sweet for me after awhile, I would suggest mixing it with grapefruit every now and then or watering it down if it bothers you.

I am going to try this starting tomorrow following the one from The Garden Diet.

Are you doing the enemas too? If so, how often a day or is it just whenever you have a bad headache or flu-like symptoms?

And are you doing the bag enemas or just the disposable ones?

so how many glasses a day of oj do you drink? do you get blood sugar problems from that much oj and nothing to ground it?
