hey all

how do you maximize nutrition when it comes to the raw lfood besides the typical salad consist of lettuce, tomato..etc....what are the right combination or specific vegetables to eat to get the most nutrition....and foods that help you with the flora or friendly bacteria and fiber :)

You will never get an answer to this one as all of the "experts" seem to have different ideas on what is optimum. You must also consider that each body is different and has different needs. What your body is deficient in and craves ma be in abundance in mine depending on genetics and past habits and assimilation.

i feel in these early stages(of which i am) just to find someone who's relatively SANE! ;) like say Alissa Cohen and just begin to play with the lifestyle. see what foods feel good. PLAY with it. don't be so serious because eating live foods is better than eating anything else. then record how you feel. make sure you are working out a little each day. moving and bending. deep breathing and such. alissa s book is HUGE!! and simple to use.
