I just made this for my kids and they loved it! They said "Momma, can you make this dip for us all the time?" And they really meant it! YEAH! One more way to get greens into my kids!! :D

Just had to share and hope it would encourage you.

Blessings, Paula

Hi Paula,

Was this one of Alissa's recipes?

I made that dip on the weekend and it was amazing!!! Yes it's from Alissa's book.

I'm whipping it up tomorrow morning to take to work for lunch, I'm having it with cauliflower. YUM!

Cheers,
Alice

Hi!

I don't have the book in front of me but the one I made this morning had one bag of baby spinach, 2 avo's, juice of half a lemon, a small clove of garlic (optional), Bragg all purpose seasoning (optional).

You definitely need a food processor for these ingredients to work their magic!

Good luck - and welcome to raw food life. :)

Cheers,
Alice

Thanks ... :)

I feel like I'll cook (er,...prepare?) more once I'm back up in Boston.

Question, though, I've heard tale that rice is okay.

Is that a lie? How does one eat UNcooked rice? Do you just cook it and pretend that it's not cooked? (sorry if my sense of humour is offencive to anyone! it's not meant to provoke)

those who do eat it as Rawkinlocs mentioned previously in another thread - they soak/sprout seed, grains, and legumes
