Okay, I admit I have some really lazy days where I don't want to prepare anything even if it's a Vitamix pudding. On those days would this be okay...

Breakfast: Fruit

Snack: Raw Nuts

Lunch & Dinner: I found this place that makes this super food drink and they say all there stuff is raw & organic. Here are ingredients:

Celery, spinach, parsley, spirulina, blue green algae, chlorella, wheat grass, barley grass & dulse sweetened with pineapple juice and a touch of mint.

sounds delicious.

I get those days too, that's why I freeze at least 1/2 of all of my recipes, and then they are ready when I want them, pop them in the dehydrator and voila' fast food. LOL

but some days even that is too much prep, so I grab fruit. fruit and more fruit. mmmmmmmmmm

Sounds good but is that okay if I don't want all fruit?

I guess I'm wanting to know if that drink is okay.

Thanks!

If it's raw, why not,

I personally would gag drinking that, but if you like it, then by all means it's raw, go for it,

Why don't you give it a try with the celery, spinach, parsley, and mint, and ask them to toss in a couple of apples (for a natural sweetner unless the pineapple juice is freshly juiced) -- and leave out the spirulina, blue green algae, chlorella, wheat grass, barley grass & dulse.

I'd be interesting to know how you like the drink made only with whole fresh foods and no algaes or seaweed.

They have only organic fruits and they juice them 2x a week. I'll definitely try it. Could be interesting or could totally be nasty.
