Last week I started my own 30-day (minimum) fruit-only fast and felt I needed to find a support network to see me through it and share it with me. And here you are!

I'll be visiting in Sunnyvale next week. I'm beginning to know the area a bit up there. Visiting Cafe Gratitude (again!) will be one of the highpoints. You're so lucky to live so close to one of the best raw restaurants on the West Coast!

You'll find plenty of support here -- especially in the fasting section.

I live in south San Jose, CA. What part of San Jose do you live?

They have raw potlucks in Palo Alto on the second Sundays. I want to go to the one in May.
