Hello Everyone!

I have been reading the board for about a few days now and am really impressed with the positive attitude that exists here. I am a Canadian living in London (UK) and have been raw for about a week now. Surprisingly, it seems remarkably easy (it is a severe change in diet for me) although I realise that it is early days yet. I am really glad to have found this site, you have given me a lot of great information. I especially love to see the before and after pics and here peoples story.

Also, in the 30 day challenge area, where all the photos are, you can find some before and after photos. It will take a little searching, though.

Alissa has before and afters on her website page. If you click the "home" button up top and take a look round her site.

There are other before and after pages online. The one that really made my jaw drop was first the ones at http://www.paulnison.com/beforeandafterpictures.htm and http://www.shazzie.com/raw/transformation/ . There are more out there. Quite a few raw sites.

Of all the sites, I find the raw food messageboard here at Alissa Cohen's place, to be the kindest, the most informative, and the most active too.
