Stretching DVD

Has anyone here used the stretching DVD offered in Alissa's store? If so, could I have your review? If not, do you have any suggestions? I'm looking for something gentle yet effective. No hard workouts for me!

I have not used Alissa's stretch videos. My wife uses the ones at www.beachbody.com.
