I just did this today, and I love them, I've eaten 4! :eek:
I'm going to bring some into work and tell people they're raw with no rum after they've eaten heaps!
Ingredients:
5 teaspoons of cacao nibs
1 handful of sun dried organic raisins
2 small handfuls of 1x raw peacans and 1x raw walnuts
Blend altogether in a food processor and roll into balls, refridgerate and eat later.
They are SO RICH and full of grape flavor (like wine) that it's potent! I recommend only eating 1 a day! lol

*PS >> I didn't have any dried coconut but you should roll it in cocnut for extra niceness!
