Has anyone suffered from RLS? If so what did you take in the form of herbs for it?
I've been juicing and it's helping and eating raw.
Thanks.

I *thought* I had this last year... my legs danced and danced. Then I realized I was sitting funny at my desk, with my weight over my legs and feet pressed into the floor. I got a new chair and it went away!!
Just a thought that there are lifestyle factors that can come into plauy too.
Good luck!

Try foods with magnesium or magnesium suppliments. I did some research on magnesium and RLS was one of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency.

I've had that. It was from pressure on the sciatic nerve. Find out first the cause. A few things may be as Sheryl said, improper posture or something of that nature, therefore putting pressure on the nerve. I healed w/ qigong, yoga, epsom salt baths and bodywork.

Lack of calcium can cause it too. I had it bad when I was pregnant.
Iron deficiency is another definite possibility.

Food for thought. I'll try all the methods you all spoke about.
I'll get calcium and magnesium and epsom salt today.
I will kick this in the rear today.
Thanks again for the reponses.

I hate that feelings in the legs, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I have to get up as I can't sleep from it.
It only happens when my percentage of cooked food goes up. When my raw food increases, the feeling in my legs go away.
Hope you find something from the tips in this thread that works for you :)

Epsom salts are magnesium-so just be careful you don't overdo it. Long before you ingest toxic amounts your body will eliminate (diarrhea) but just know what you are doing. Cal/mag deficiencies tend to go hand in hand. NOt a bad idea to supplement-just get a good bioavailable brand. Natural Vitality has a great cal/mag supplement that is very usable and tastes great.

The epsom salts are for bathing, not injesting.

All this great information. I got some MSM last night and white oak bark so now I'll add the things that you told me about and my suffering will be over.
Thanks to you all.
