I soaked some flax seeds, and ended up not using it all for crackers. Will it still be good if I store it in the fridge?

I've never done it myself, but I would imagine it will last a while, I wouldn't wait too long, maybe a day or two.

I know that the Boutenkos let theirs ferment and then dehydrate their crackers so it has that pumpernickle taste to it, I'm not that fond of fermented things, so It doesn't apeal to me, buy if you like it, then you've got a batch already started.

Good luck, and let us know what happens.

If you keep it out and just keep watering it a bit, just enough to keep the top layer moist, you will end up with sprouted flax seeds *lol* I did this myself last week. I think I let them sit for three or four days. When I finally went to make the crackers I had tails! You cannot see them as they grow down into the bowl. They made the most interesting looking crackers. Taste just fine, just look very odd. They didn't smell off or fermented, so I just used them as is.
