The best one I know of is fresh fruit juice, smoothie, or the newest rage is the green smoothie.
this link has some great information on green smoothies.

I agree smoothies are the freshest way to go but I have heard of some using the ULTIMATE MEAL. The have a website at ultimatemeal.com --i think that is it. I am not sure if you are looking for like a shake or smoothie or ???
Sometimes i take my veggies, add some lemon and an avocado and that makes a nice raw soup??
Just a thought..

Hi, I couldnt' find ultimatemeal.com or theultimatemeal.com to look this up, but I would doubt if it was 100% raw.
If you are looking for something in a powder form, you can take fruits and veggies, slice them thin, or puree them, and make then into a fruit or veggie leather, and dehydrate to crispy, then take them in a Vita Mix or coffee grinder and make them into powder, this way it will be raw and you can take it with you, or add them to other fruit or veggie juices.
it is easy to make a V8 this way or to make a super delicious fruit juice with added fruit powder so it is super delicious, and easy to make, or you can just add to water.
would this work for you?
I make soups this way all the time, with the ground up powdered veggies, and little dehydrated veggie pieces, I just add to water and I've got warm soup, I use warm water when I mix, I also toss this powdered veggie stuff into cashew cheese and add some water and have a great veggie dip too.

Great idea RP!!!! I love it! I'm going to have to do that next fall so that I can have some raw soups ready when I really crave soup!!!
Ok it is the ULTIMATELIFE.com
I coulda sworn it was the other name. Anyways, I know there was a previous thread about this....I did not think it would be raw either...but I was told it was. It is a long reading but worth checking out...

I second that..thanks RP ! What a great way to make my drinks for the road. I have been freezing but once they thaw they must be consumed. The powder will save me !!!
Dehydrated yam powder is very good added to soups. It adds a delicious flavor!

While Ultimate Life does appear to be a good meal replacement beverage powder, as meal replacement beverage powders go, and I guess it could be kind of considered raw, in one sense of the word anyway, it seems TO ME that it really does not live up to the true spirit of Alissa's Living on Live Food philosophy. It may not be cooked, but there sure is a whole lot of processing involved.
So my question would be, why settle for a meal replacement beverage, when you could actually have a meal? As Alissa says, and convincingly demonstrates, you can find ingredients for a raw food meal anywhere.
Thanks everyone for you reply's. I appreciated your help.
I guess I didn't explain myself well, what I'm looking for is something I can used to substitute a meal with. Something that will offer little preparation that I can use on the go. I have a very busy schedule and I have a hard time trying to fit 2 meals in a day let alone 5 or 6 small ones. In the past because of my rigorous schedule and missing meals my body went into a malnurished state and I was diagnoised with Diabetes. My purpose is to try and feed my body as often as I can so that I won't continue to fall into this state, but it's hard I'm not even hungry most of the time when I eat.

You could make yourself up a thermos of juice in the morning to bring with you or a raw bar or two. They would be easy to carry and eat on the go. I love Lara Bars.. I have about three a week. Thursday morning as I am running, then Friday night as I don't leave work before my normal dinner time and I get hungry! Ocassionally when I know I'm going to have a meeting at work that is going to go past my lunch time I'll bring one then also. They are quite yummie!

I think the easiest meals are just a piece of fruit or veggie,
if you can't do that, because you are backpacking are have no way to get to a store, you could use the powder, it is just one way of consentrating the flavors so you can use it instead of salt, or in a backpack while hiking etc.
I still think the fruit is the best meal there is replacement or not.

Quickest meal on the go.... two-three apples, two-three bananas, or two-three pears with a big napkin to catch the juice. I still think many of us get concerned about the term "meal" and think it needs to be a combination of things that you prepare. I'm more of a grazer. I have a few oranges for breakfast, some bee pollen and royal jelly an hour or so later, maybe a green smoothie a few hours after that, some berries in the afternoon, a couple spoonfuls of coconut oil somewhere in my day, maybe a handful of nuts and sometimes a salad with olive oil at night. Never really a "meal, but it suits me right.

I have a very busy schedule and I have a hard time trying to fit 2 meals in a day let alone 5 or 6 small ones.
Others are making great suggestions about specific foods you can use, so I'll leave that approach to them and come at this from a different angle...
You are fooling yourself. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but just in case you missed it... You are fooling yourself.
You have plenty of time in a day in which to fit your meals in. You just aren't doing it. You seem have some kind of internal argument going that something else is more important than eating well, and it's even more important than whatever eating well provides for us... like good health, vitality, long life. etc..
The goofiness of this kind of thinking is that if you logged on and posted something here about how you love to be able to drive your car wherever you wanted to, but you just aren't able to fit in stops to fill up your gas tank because you're "too busy, sorry!" you'd sound ridiculous. When you don't put gas in a car, eventually it stops, no matter how busy you are. And if you don't put good food in your body, it eventually stops, no matter how "busy" you are. That just isn't quite so obvious.
There is another approach... to declare that "NOTHING is more important than my health!", and then to schedule your meals into your calendar and work everything else around them. Literally. Make appointments with yourself, and make them your top priority
Depending on your circumstances that might seem very difficult, but once you have made the commitment it actually makes life much simpler, because you don't have to make any choices between A and B. There is only A. I had a boss once who thought it was a brilliant idea to schedule long meetings that bridged the lunch hour and just sent out for cheap pizza, to get more work out of the slaves, you know? Everyone but me had gone along with it for a long time, although everyone else hated it and grumbled a lot behind his back.
Not me. When the pizzas were delivered, the first time I attended one of those meetings and the boss announced a short break to get food, I simply got up and said I'd need to leave to get some food that I could eat, and that I'd need 1/2 hour or so, so please "don't say anything important while I'm gone." And I left. And to my suprise two others got up and left with me. And that lead to the end those ghastly "pizza parties." The next time he tried it half the room got up, said "no thanks" to the pizza and left to get some "food I can eat." From then on he started taking real meal breaks. Anything is possible once your commitment is clear.
So, it's up to you, really. It just depend on how much importance you give to health, vitality, long life, etc. If your answer is (as it is for many people) "not much, I'm more interested in making money"... or whatever it is, then just tell the truth about it and stop stressing. But don't be surprised if your "car" unexpectedly runs out of gas one day.
Shivananda - You're right when you say I need to make eating a priority and that my health should be a main concern. You get no disagreements here.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, I don't know that it is really raw altho claims to be. I rec'd a sample in the mail and liked it. I thought that perhaps it would be good for out of country travel, hiking etc.

Hi,
I use a vegan meal replacement powder. It is basically 100% raw and alkaline (I've been able to talk with the company to make sure its raw). I absolutely LOVE it. You can read about it at http://www.myvega.com/
Lisa
Hi, just a quick post about the Vega meal replacement drink. I have contacted the company personally, and they claim that while their bars are 100% raw (interesting claim seeing as cocoa powder is one ingredient), they have confirmed to me that their meal replacement beverage is only about 20% raw. I wish I still had the email from the company rep to post here, but I deleted it thinking I wouldn't need it.
Brendan Brazier is a local (local to me) triathlete who claims to be about 75% raw, whatever that means. The Vega products are his "formulation," again, whatever that means. In my experience, the people who work there are very helpful and happy to answer questions, so feel free to Google "Vega" and email them for more info if you like.
Overall, I have to agree with the other posts that have said just stop searching for "replacement" foods and eat real ones. I'd take a banana over some weird powder any day!! :)
Thanks to all of you for the wonderful advice, please keep it coming.
This week I decided to try Nutive Hemp Protein Powder. Day 1 went well, Day 2 a few minutes after I had the shake I was hungry. Still searching.

When I am in a rush and need to fill up I drink a shake of almond milk/bananas/agave/vanilla/cinnamon. You need to make the almond milk beforehand of course but I make a pitcher of it beforehand and keep it in the fridge.
The shake, plus some fresh dates and a handful of nuts keep me full for a few hours.
